The beginning of an architectural design revolves around a floor plan. Since “form follows function” it is important to have a skillfully rendered floor plan for presentation.

A flat floor plan can be transformed into an iconic graphic with the appropriate application of colors, textures plants and furnishings.

An Illustrated Floor Plan can be enhanced with cast shadows and gradation to look convincingly realistic.

The floor plan renderings can be extended to include the surround site and landscaping for context.

The expression of the flow of a floor plan rendering can be taken to another level by use of a “Cutaway View”.
