The client gave us this land-use site plan with the preferred view marked.

We assembled a simple SketchUp model to create views.

A composition sketch was drawn using the chosen view, photo reference and client feedback.

A pencil drawing was produced and submitted for approval.

This is the final watercolor illustration.
