At Genesis Studios all jobs start with a phone call, email, or fax to ask about our availability, services, and fees.

At that time we will ask for the following information:

• We will need a site plan, with an arrow of cone of vision to indicate the desired view, an whether you prefer it to be a pedestrian eye-level or an aerial view.
• We need elevations of some type of image to give us a sense of the complexity of the project you have in mind. (Plans and elevations can be provided in CAD,jpg,tiff,or pdf for quotes.)
• We need to know the style of illustration you desire. The categories are:

• We need to know your time frame and deadlines required for completion of the job.

Genesis Studios will submit a quote for illustration services and a contract to the client for consideration and approval.

Upon approval, we will require additional information and specifications as listed on the form available by

clicking here.

We will need all architectural and engineering drawings including site plans, all floor plans, all building elevations, roof plans, detail sheets and landscape plans with plant schedules. Photos of existing conditions, special features or amenities, materials, color samples, and other supporting elements should also be provided to us.
