Themed Architecture

Architects don't need to invent typical building types, i.e. thousands of hospitals or office buildings already exist. However, in themed developments, the architect sometimes needs to invent elements and strategies that make their client’s ideas of entertainment oriented venues come to fruition. There is often no precedence for the shapes, lighting and structures associated with Themed Architecture. Genesis Studios Inc. provides concept renderings that bring all of these elements together for evaluation.

A designer's job is to create an environment that immerses the guest in an emotional experience that will intrigue, amuse and perhaps entertain them. We work with the designer to assist in crystallizing these ideas via sketches, mark-ups and ultimately the final themed architectural artwork.

We have completed a broad variety of themed architectural rendering styles and subjects and present many of these on this website to give an idea of what we have done and what we can do for you.

Some types of environments associated with Themed Architecture Renderings are:

  • Amusement Park Renderings
  • Theme Park Renderings
  • Fantasy Spaces Renderings
  • Recreational Environment Renderings
  • Zoo Renderings
  • Exhibit Renderings
  • Leisure & Amusement Facility Renderings
  • Hospitality & Entertainment Renderings
  • Casino Renderings
  • Nightclub & Pub Renderings
  • Resort hotel Renderings
  • Restaurant Renderings
  • Cultural Center Renderings
  • Commemorative Site Renderings
  • Museum Renderings
  • Shopping Center Renderings

The venues may be themed geographically, historically and/or culturally. They may be educational or purely fanciful. Our themed architectural renderings have depicted "South Beach" in Dubai and Medieval Castles in upstate New York. We have illustrated the future for today. These themed architectural environments export architecture from one culture to another so that we might share each other’s experiences and history.

With our experience we can work alongside the designer. We are sensitive to cultural guidelines. We expertly express architectural vocabulary from “Modern Moroccan Architecture” to “Arts and Crafts”. Often times a sketch and some reference photos are the extent of the information we receive. We transform this input to an engaging representation of a future memorable guest experience.
