McCain Norris Residences: Custom Photorealistic Renderings by Genesis Studios
Genesis Studios partnered with Winter Park–based McCain Norris Design to bring two distinctive custom residences to life through photorealistic rendering. Each home reflects a completely different design style, yet both highlight the power of architectural visualization to showcase vision long before construction begins.
Proctor House
The Proctor House reflects the elegance of French Manor–style architecture. With a balanced, symmetrical façade, a centered entryway, and classical columns, the home embodies the timeless beauty of French Neoclassical design. Genesis Studios brought this vision to life with photorealistic renderings that highlight the home’s refined details and stately presence.
Hosbein Residence
In contrast, the Hosbein Residence draws inspiration from the plantation houses of mid-19th-century Singapore. Blended with influences from the British Arts and Crafts movement, the design features warm textures and handcrafted architectural elements. Our renderings emphasize this home’s unique charm, showing how tradition and creativity come together in a modern context.
The Genesis Studios Rendering Process
At Genesis Studios, our artists specialize in digital photorealistic renderings that make designs feel as real as a photograph. We carefully match materials—such as stone, wood, and glass—to reflect the actual finishes that will be used in construction. Lighting, textures, and fine details are applied with precision to ensure each rendering captures the architect’s intent.
During post-production, we enhance each image with curated landscaping, realistic skies, vehicles, and people. This entourage gives every rendering context and life, allowing viewers to fully imagine what it will feel like to experience the finished home.
Why Photorealistic Renderings Matter
Custom home renderings are more than just visuals—they are tools for communication. Architects can refine their designs, developers can market projects earlier, and homeowners can confidently make decisions about their future residence. Whether capturing the elegance of the Proctor House or the handcrafted charm of the Hosbein Residence, photorealism helps transform ideas into a clear vision.
According to the McCain Norris Design website:
“[The Proctor House is] designed with an elegant French Manor House in mind and utilizing many of the hallmarks of French Neoclassical style inculding a symmetrical facade with centered entry anchored by classical columns.”
“[The Hosbein Residence] architecture was inspired by plantation houses of the mid 19th century in Singapore and the emergence of the British Arts and Crafts movement.”

Digital Photorealistic Renderings
Genesis Studios’ digital photorealistic renderings are so lifelike they can be hard to distinguish from a photograph. Our artists accomplish this photorealism by blending artistic vision with technological precision.
Actual materials to be used in the project, such as lighting and textures, bring ideas to visual reality. In post-production, an appropriate entourage of cars, people, and landscaping are added to create the stunning final image.
In addition to themed photorealistic renderings, we create digital photorealistic exterior renderings for multiple project types including healthcare, hospitality, institutional, multi-family housing, products, retail, senior living, single-family housing and more.
We have produced 3D exterior renderings with top architectural companies, real estate developers, and marketing agencies around the world. See some of our partners and clients.
